[ It's disorienting, being shuffled out of the Porter, she'd forgotten how disorienting. It's been so long, she can't even recall how long it's been. Last time she'd been through this, she found something that hadn't met her expectations, but this time she had no expectations for anything of the sort to happen. She's arriving only to realize she'd left, to realize there's no surprise to find she's returned to somewhere just a moment ago she didn't know existed.
She doesn't necessarily need to wait for the transport to Heropa, she knows this, but feel it's easier to give herself the time. To sort through the memories she's just had dumped on her, to retrace everything and remember where she is now. There's a memory of dread she can't seem to place, some knowledge that she was doomed that she can't connect to anything, and trying to place the feeling troubles her.
And so, she takes a seat on a bench on he waiting room, taking the time until she's called, when the car is ready. She clutches the folder they gave her tightly, not even glancing at it yet, looking like she's lost in thought. ]
